I’m looking for a way to get promotion for my business? Can I use your Facebook, or can you write about my services? We do not allow shout outs on our facebook page to businesses without written communication, and approval from our editor, founder or co-owner of our sites. However, Elizabeth Norton works specifically with companies and has great experience in helping people with online marketing in great ways. You can reach her at Elizabeth at cape may moms dot com. We DO NOT post about events irrelevant to our audience. We also, do not repost press releases but we love to know what is going on in our county, and add the events to our calendar if it is possible. However, We do encourage you to leave a friendly comment on the appropriate post; my readers are great (our writers will deem what is appropriate) and or consider sponsoring a paid post. (We offer discounts if you are local company or we consider you a value to our readers) We also suggest guest posting. For more information please email Elizabeth (address is above)
I have a question about this service in our county or where something is. Can you help?
Elizabeth is afraid she can’t personally respond to each and every email question about Cape May County, but feel free to leave a question on facebook (generalized-mentioning no companies name) and we will contact you if we have an answer.
Can you please host giveaway?
I receive dozens of requests each week to host giveaways. While we would love to be able to offer our readers wonderful giveaways non stop….we simply can’t. Giveaways are a lot of work, making sure they are done fairly and are right. However, I we do have a writing staff and can delegate a writer to run your giveaway for a charge. Please email Elizabeth at Cape May Moms. com for a complete rate sheet so our writers can be compensated for their time.
I’d like to submit a guest post. How do I go about doing that?
If you have a great idea for a guest post, and it is a topic to benefit the community we will absolutely consider it.
We want you to talk but your comment can be deleted. Why did you delete my comment?
Our comments are moderated comments when you are attacking another reader or one of our writers. We love to see others view points. I think, for the most part, hurtful words will not be able to see that in our lovely town but on occasion we all can get a little amped up on a topic. When the commenter escalades to insulting others and the discussion is not fruitful then your comment will be deleted. We are a neighborhood and intend to keep it a warm place to be online no matter what the topic or temperature outside is. Please argue the points and leave the name calling for the school yard.
Can I copy posts from your blog and share them on my facebook or on my own blog?
All content on this website is copyrighted to the person that wrote it. Please do not copy and paste full posts without express written permission from the writer. However, If you find something you would like to respond to and quote one of our writers please link back to our site. We want to be part of the conversation too so please let us know if we have ever struck up some thoughts on your own and have written a post.
